Another Puddle

  Last month I post The Puddle , now he is another puddle on my deck. This time their with swirls of pollen floating in the water. I thought they made interesting patterns and wanted to capture them with all the other textures of the wood and the water. Kit: iPhone 12 Pro

These images are actually not from a dog walk. I had some time down by the river and was able to take a few shots. Are you feeling home sick? Kit: Nikon18-200mm Lens on Nikon D5100 This walk way down to one of the many trail systems around the James River looked cool and had some interesting paining on it. I thought it was a nice little miniseries of images. I should probably try to get more of these as I continue. I had taken a few shots of this location earlier in the morning and didn't think I did a good job with the focus. So when I went back out I changed some settings and tried again. This guy walked through my shot so I waited form him to get into a good spot and incorporated him in instead of trying to avoid people like I usually do. I really like these trees. Their bark is so interesting and has a great gray/silver look. I really like finding them deeper in the w
